My research focuses on human and social aspects of software engineering, particularly in the agile and lean context. I designed the agile course at the University of Auckland, and have been running it with real-world projects since 2013. I am an Associate Editor of the Journal of Systems and Software and am serving on the ICSE2019 Program Committee.

At XP2018, I am the co-chair of the Research Workshops and will be presenting a Keynote at the A-teams workshop on Friday.
